For months now the popular tv reality show DEJI BAKARE TALENT SEARCH, DBATS has been the talk of the town. The show which has been on air on silverbird television every Saturday, is a platform to groom models and is in the search of Nigeria super Model with talent. Finally, the grand finale took place on the 21st of July 2013 at the Silverbird Galleria Victoria Island Lagos and the green carpet started by 4pm. The last standing models, Emeka, Meg, Clarine, Amanda, Jennifer, Geraldene, Freda, and Tosin tried impressing the judges with their Catwalks and talent but in the end The winner finally emerged...

An event clearly planned for a few persons, turned out to draw the attention of more people than expected. The winner was announced at about 10:40pm actual time at the Grand Finale event which took place at the Silverbird Galleria Victoria Island Lagos. It was a fun-filled experience for the models, well wishers, fans and guest as they were all thrilled with jokes from standup comedians like MC Abbey, Koffi, Seyi Law, Danny B. Star artist like Sound Sultan, Dipp, Mr 2kay and many other were seen on the spotlight of the green carpet.

The Host, Mc Abbey really did a wonderful job in lightening up the whole atmosphere. Star artiste like sound sultan, Mr 2kay, and not forgetting the female Dj of the day, Dj Frizzie providing music all the way, were all there to grace the occasion.

The winner, JENNIFER AMAH contestant No 4, said in her interview that she never had the believe she could win. She was crowned as D'BATS SUPER MODEL with talent. Since this is the first season she will be the first to be with the title of Nigeria Super Model with talent.

According to reliable sources the points were collated by 4 judges in the following area MODEL TALENT, RUNWAY, SOCIAL VOTE & BEHAVIOR & TASK AT THE CAMP.

The runners up are:

Emeka Darlngton Osu (Contestant No 10) First Runner up

Clarine Dotzeel: [ (Contestant No 11 ) Second Runner up

Wizkid made the announcement of two new producers into the label yesterday, who are brothers. The two beats makers are Mutay and Zei well known as Legendury Beats. The duo have worked with Wizkid before and other top Nigerian music stars. They have produced hit tracks which made waves across Africa. “It’s official, Mutay and Zei of Legendury Beats now on Star Boy Ent. We are growing,” He announced on Saturday, the Legendary Beats is credited with Brymo’s ‘Ara’, Wizkid’s ‘Azonto’, Mo’Cheddah’s ‘Ko Ma Roll’, Tillaman’s ‘Ko Ma Roll’ amongst many others.
Wizkid now has three music producers signed under his new label. A UK-based music producer, Maleek was signed some days ago.....
